Student Registration & Fees

Enrollment and Application opens on Monday, December 5, 2024. First Round of Choice Enrollment is  December 5, 2024 – January 12, 2025. Choice Enrollment offers will go out at the end of January. All  current and new students (including Preschool and Kindergarten) who wish to attend Leawood for the  2025-2026 school year will need to enroll at this time. 5th grade students must use this process to  indicate intention for which middle school you plan to attend. Remember if you have been choice enrolled at Leawood and wish to attend Ken Caryl, you’ll need to choice enroll there as well. 

New Students

Follow these steps to register new students for the 2025-2026 school year: 

  • Log into Enroll Jeffco 
  • New students will create new student
  • Select your school(s)
  • New students will then input their household information into Parent Portal
  • Current students can make corrections to their account in Parent Portal
  • Enrollment Lottery Process by Priority Level

Accepting your offer:

  • Offers will go out Monday,  January 23rd by email
  • You have 3 days to accept your offer. All offers and waitlist information will be in Enroll Jeffco
  • You can only accept one offer but will stay waitlisted on others until you decline
  • Upload documents in Enroll Jeffco. (Birth Certificate, Immunizations, Proof of Residency, & ID)
  • No documents will need to be brought to the school.

Current Students:

  • Update your contact information in the Infinite Campus Portal. If assistance is needed with usernames and passwords, please utilize the Personal Account Manager.
  • Log into Enroll Jeffco
  • Select your intent for the 2025-2026 school year
    • Returning to Leawood
    • Choice enrolling  to another Jeffco school

Student Fees

Jeffco Public Schools assesses fees for items or services necessary to support student achievement. These fees are reasonably related to the actual cost of the item retained by our students or the service provided to our students. For more information please read the Student Fee Guidance document.

How to Pay Student Fees

Support with Student Fees
